Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival (18:00) are possible free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged and will be charged with 80% of the total amount of the booking.

Terms Of Payment
Guaranteed booking: The room will be kept free for you regardless of your arrival time. In case of no-show or late cancellation, however, there is a payment obligation! For this booking we need the indication of your credit card number or bank transfer prepayment

General Terms And Conditions
Please note the following information and conditions, which govern the contractual relationship between you and us and which you acknowledge with your booking.

1. Registration
a. The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as rooms, premises, other deliveries and services have been ordered and promised or provided.
b. The conclusion of the accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfil the contract, regardless of the period for which the contract has been concluded. The contract can only be terminated within the cancellation period agreed here or in a reservation confirmation.
c. Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 15.00 o'clock. Any use of the reserved rooms beyond the agreed time requires the prior consent of the hotel.
d. Changes in the pro rata VAT rate shall be borne by the customer, regardless of the time of conclusion of the contract.

2. Services
a. The guest does not acquire any claim to the provision of certain rooms or premises. If agreed rooms are not available, the hotelier is obliged to strive for an equivalent replacement in the house or in other objects. The additional costs incurred shall be borne by the hotel.
b. A refund of booked or paid, unused services is not possible.

3. Options
a. If rooms or other services are reserved on an option basis, the option data is binding for both parties. After expiry of the agreed option period, the hotel can freely dispose of the option-booked rooms and services without consultation.

4. Withdrawal
a. All withdrawals must be in writing.
b. For individual reservations outside the events at the Nürburgring, a cancellation up to 2 days before arrival is possible free of charge. Thereafter, the hotel will charge 80% of the agreed services.
c. During events at the Nürburgring, cancellation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Up to 2 days before arrival, the hotel charges 50% of the agreed services, after which 80% will be charged.
d. For group reservations (from 10 persons) separate cancellation conditions apply, which the hotel provides on request.

5. Liability
a. The hotel is liable for loss or damage to items brought along only in the event of gross negligence or intent on the part of its employees. Insofar as the hotel is responsible for other third parties, it is also only liable for gross negligence. The hotel only assumes liability for valuables if they have been stored in the hotel safe or handed in at the reception. Valuables are only accepted and insured up to a value of € 1,500.00.
b. The hotel is not liable for damages caused by disruption or interruption of its operations as a result of force majeure (strike, riot, war and natural events, etc.) or closure.

6. Miscellaneous
a. If one or more provisions of the GTC are invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the contract and the remaining provisions. Verbal agreements are only effective if they have been confirmed in writing.
b. In all other respects, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Bad Neuenahr.
